Tarian’s clients are predominantly non-Guernsey resident however Tarian also provides services to Guernsey residents.

Guernsey actively keeps abreast of global market developments and implements new legislation to continually serve the diverse client set in which it serves. Examples include being one of the first offshore common law jurisdictions to successfully implement foundation legislation; the first jurisdiction to introduce a register for image rights; and the first jurisdiction to register a regulated green fund, The Guernsey Green Fund.
